The motto of this course is “Tell it like it is…” – To tell the truth no matter who is criticized or how much it hurts…
Vitreo-Retinal Surgeons go through a phase of “confusion & little experimentations” for deciding the best option for managing a particular vitreo-retinal disease during their early career. This could be due to training biases, variations in global retina-practice-trends and limitations of scientific literature. It is the mission of this training course to significantly reduce this phase of “confusion & little experimentations”.
The delegates benefit from the vast experiences of distinguished faculty coming from different training backgrounds, and most importantly who can speak the TILII language. This course is not about learning how to work in a particular health care system and getting adjusted to its needs……or tick the boxes for revalidation etc……It is a quest to find the best answer to manage a particular vitreo-retinal disease.. . . . . .
It is about "what would you prefer if it is your eye...?"
